OneDrive
Automatically upload processed invoices to OneDrive or SharePoint with customizable folder structures.
Overview
The OneDrive integration works just like Google Drive: every processed invoice is uploaded as a PDF to a Tailride folder, organized into subfolders by your chosen structure, and kept in sync with your dashboard (files are renamed/moved when you edit an invoice, and removed when you delete one).
SharePoint document libraries are supported in addition to personal OneDrive.
Setup Instructions
Open the Integrations tab and click Connect on the OneDrive card
Sign in with your Microsoft account and grant access
Click Settings on the card to configure the folder organization and target folder
The Microsoft account must have a OneDrive (SharePoint Online) license. Personal and work/school accounts both work; if the account has no OneDrive license, the connection is rejected with a clear message.
Folder Organization
The same five presets as Google Drive: date-based (default), vendor-based, single folder, date-then-vendor, and vendor-then-date.
The folder organization setting is shared between Google Drive and OneDrive — changing it in one changes it for both.
Custom Base Folder
Instead of the default Tailride folder you can paste a folder link in Settings → Custom base folder. OneDrive share links, SharePoint links, and folder URLs are all accepted — SharePoint site libraries included. Reset to defaults restores the original folder.
Everything Else
File naming, manual Add to OneDrive / Re-Sync to OneDrive actions, pause/resume, disconnect, and reconnect-on-expiry behave exactly as described for Google Drive. Access tokens are stored encrypted.
