General Settings

Country

Your company's country of operation. It is also used to suggest the right chart of accounts template for your region.

Main Currency

The currency used for insights and conversions: amounts in other currencies are converted to it for aggregation in the Insights tab and reports.

Amount Format

Controls how amounts are displayed across the app, with a live preview:

• Currency position: before the amount ($123) or after (123$)
• Decimal separator: period (123.45) or comma (123,45)
• Thousands separator: comma, period, space, backtick, or apostrophe (e.g. 1'000'000)

Automatic Tagging

• Tag subscriptions — when enabled (default), invoices identified as recurring payments automatically get a subscription tag.

Delete Account

Available to the root account only. Permanently deletes your account with all invoices, connected accounts, and settings — this cannot be undone. To confirm, you retype your account email; then you are signed out and the deletion completes.

Saving

General settings use explicit Save / Cancel buttons — nothing applies until you click Save. Restore default resets the form to defaults (you still need to Save).
