Monthly Expense Insights

The Notifications section currently has one setting:

• Monthly expense insights — receive a summary of the previous month's expenses on the 5th of each month (on by default).

The email includes:

• Total spend for the month, converted to your main currency
• Number of invoices processed
• Top 5 vendors by spend
• Top 5 tags by spend
• Upcoming subscription renewals for the next 30 days

Changes apply after clicking Save.

Other Emails

Operational emails — integration failures, reconnect prompts, running out of credits — are sent automatically when the situation requires it and are not configurable here.
