Security
See which devices are signed in to your Tailride workspace and sign them out remotely.
Overview
The Settings → Security section lists the devices with an active session. What you see depends on your role: the workspace owner (root account) sees every device signed in to the workspace, including team members who signed in with their own connected accounts; a team member sees only the devices signed in with their own account. For each device you can see:
- the browser and operating system it signed in from,
- the email address it signed in with,
- when it signed in and when it was last active,
- a This device badge on the session you are currently using.
The timestamp of the last activity is refreshed periodically, so it can lag behind by up to an hour.
Signing Out a Single Device
Click Sign out next to any device in your list to end that session immediately. The rest of the workspace stays signed in. Use this when you left yourself signed in on a shared computer or no longer recognize a device.
Signing out from the account menu works the same way for your own device: the session is ended on the server, not just in your browser.
Sign Out Everywhere
Sign out everywhere ends every session in your list at once, including the device you click it from. For the workspace owner that means the whole workspace — team members' sessions included — so everyone will need to sign in again. For a team member it ends only their own sessions.
Use it if you suspect your account has been compromised or after removing someone's access.
Password reset
Resetting your password also signs you out of all devices automatically. When a team member resets the password of their connected account, only that member's sessions are ended — the rest of the workspace stays signed in.
