TailrideSuppliers and profiles
Add supplier portals, run several accounts on the same portal, and share one sign-in across related portals.
Adding a supplier
Suppliers → Add supplier lists every portal the app knows — the same portals as the browser extension (see the supported portals) — ranked by your country. Not every supplier that has a page on tailride.so/from is supported for automatic collection. Pick one, optionally give it a label (useful when you add the same portal twice), choose a start date, and decide whether to save the login in the vault.
The country used for ranking comes from your Tailride account, or from the system locale when the account has none. Typing a country in Settings overrides detection; Detect automatically clears the override.
Several accounts per portal
Each supplier entry is a profile with its own browser session — its own cookie jar. Add Amazon twice, sign in to a different account in each, and the two never mix. Amazon marketplaces show up as separate entries (for example Amazon.de Business and Amazon.de).
Shared sign-ins
Some portals share one login: Google Ads, Google Cloud and Google Pay are all one Google account. Under Advanced in a supplier's dialog you can put profiles into a named shared sign-in group. Members share one session, so signing in once covers all of them.
Signing out of a group
Signing out of one member signs out every member of the group. The app asks before doing it.
Collecting
Collect on a supplier row runs that portal now. The tray menu and the dashboard show progress and let you stop a run. Settings → Advanced → Show browser window puts the hidden browser on screen while a run is in progress.
Invoices are uploaded to your Tailride account and, by default, also saved locally to Downloads/Tailride/<portal>/<profile>/. See Invoices view.
